The BroadWorks® Receptionist is a carrier class IP Telephony attendant console for use by receptionists, or telephone attendants, who manage and screen inbound calls for businesses. The BroadWorks Receptionist is fully integrated with the BroadWorks platform.

BroadWorks Receptionist- Enterprise is a feature-rich desktop client application that is fully integrated with the BroadWorks platform.

BroadWorks Receptionist is available in 3 versions for Enterprise, Small Business and Office users. BroadWorks Receptionist. Enterprise delivers the following benefits to users:
